You can change the color with this CSS:

#am-category > div:nth-child(1) > div.am-category-headline > span, 
#am-category > div:nth-child(1) > div.am-category-headline > h3, 
#am-catalog > div:nth-child(1) > div.am-catalog-headline > h3 {
color: white !important;
}

And you can hide those circles with this CSS:

div.am-category-service-info > div.am-category-service-color, 
div.am-category-service-info > div.am-category-services-thumbs {
display: none !important;
}

I can't see any issues with the form. Which header is this affecting? Can you show me a screenshot?

The included support doesn't include anything other than help with our plugin. I can only instruct you to go to w3schools' CSS section, and explore additional online tutorials and resources to see how you can find correct selectors and classes on your pages.

I can't replicate what you're seeing on my end (see attached recording). In fact, you'll see that even if I remove the custom CSS, it doesn't increase the font-weight, nor does it change color.

Can you temporarily remove the custom CSS, so I can see what the menu should look like?

I still can't see the change in the menu's thickness. It's the same regardless on which page I am. At the moment it's all in clear white, opposed to what I saw last week:

I'm not sure how it comes out in these screenshots, but both colors and font-weights are the same. You should explore this locally with someone who can replicate the issue, since I cannot help you resolve an issue I can't see.
