Hello there,
Is it possible to create an event in which the customer has multiple booking options for a class each with their own cost? Please see the attached image.
For example, my client would like to create a class booking for with multiple types i.e. babies with sibling, toddlers without sibling, crawlers etc. Each one is priced differently.
They would also like the to include optional extras, such as meals.
I have you plugin installed and I am not sure whether to create an event, which does not seem to allow adding ticket variations, or a service.
Your advice will be welcome.
We have bought the plugin, but I am waiting to receive the purchase code before I can send you a support ticket.
Kind regards,
Spencer
Hi Spencer Millard,
Thank you for your interest in our plugin.
I advice you to try creating this with services. You would have two options:
1. If you have only one service you can create multiple services with different prices for i.e. babies with sibling, toddlers without sibling, crawlers etc. and create extras for meals and other options for choosing. Each service can have price and also each extra can have its own price and capacity, also extras can have a duration if those are additional services.
2. You can create only one service and then create all these as extras, setup capacity and price.
Can you please tell me the email that you have used for the purchase so we can check what happened with the email with purchase code.
Best regards.
