1. Employee Password bug - The first time i set a password for an employee, it says wrong password for the password set. Very annoying for our employees.
2. Start zoom meeting bug - My employees are not able to start the zoom meeting for their own events, it asks them to join as attendee.
3. UPI Payment integration - I lose most of my customers at payment stage since they have to type card number for Stripe, please include UPI option as soon as possible.
4. How do i add external users zoom account for employees? Im not able to find User Management in my Zoom account page.
1. If the employees are connected to a WordPress user, they can access the employee panel while logged in to WordPress, and they should use their WP credentials to login to the employee panel.
2. One event can have only one Zoom user in Amelia - and that is the user you choose when you create the event - so this user is the host of the meeting in Zoom and can start it.
3. I will add this as a feature request to our list, but we can't say if and when it could be implemented.
4. You can connect only one Zoom account to Amelia and then connect Zoom user from this account to different employees. Depending on your Zoom account you can have one user or more, so you would need to check this out in Zoom - if you are allowed to have more users in your Zoom or not.
Thankyou for your reply Marija. Please can someone from your customer support team schedule a call with me soon? I need to get into the depth of these issues, a mere conversation is not helping. Thanks.
You are welcome. Unfortunately, our support doesn't cover any type of calls, so a call with us wouldn't be possible. The only way of support is through this ticketing system. Please ask any questions you might have and you can open new tickets for new questions and we will gladly help out.
Marija - Our customers are getting this particular error during the payment - THis is HIGHLY unacceptable, we've already lost a bunch of customers because of this.
Marija is out of office, so I'll take over this ticket.
When using Stripe or PayPal through Amelia, the most important thing to mention is that Amelia only connects your existing account, and there are no other settings other than what’s described in Payment Settings section. So, if you’re having issues with payments the issue probably lies with the payment service’s credentials. The issue usually displays as an error on top of the booking form:
If you’re simply testing the payment with “Sandbox” or “Test” mode, you need enable them first, in Payment Settings, and copy your Test credentials from PayPal or Stripe into their corresponding fields.
Also, you cannot perform Test payments with a real credit card, nor can you enable Live payments and run your test card. It’s not going to work as Live payments need a real card #, and test payments need test card #. If you wish to test the payment, you can get the Stripe’s test card details on this link.
If you're still having issues with payments, we can only log into your website and test with our credentials, which we know work 100%. If that doesn't work either, we can explore additional options (such as conflicts, bugs and server errors).
For that, though, I'll need you to provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party.
You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
