We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

My working day stats at 6pm - 10pm i set this up in the working day settings but it still gives my a 9-5 day

Thank you for your purchase and apologies for replying a bit later, we don't work on weekends.
The availability is set by configuring the employees' work hours, not the company work hours in General settings. So, please check if you have set your employees work hours in the way you want to have available time slots. Also, the timezone applied to Amelia is the one you choose in your WordPress General Settings, so please check if you have chosen your city timezone there.
Hi Marija I have not yet made the page public as it is not finished
1 - can I hide the number of spaces taken up and only have showing the number of spaces available.
2 - Can I have people booking with the option of not paying on the website but paying when they arrive
3 - Is it possible to exclude all the days on the calendar apart from two days or four days and have all the other days unavailable as I only work on a Monday or Tuesday or the other days I do not work
4 - I have an event showing on my website - https://dance-cubana.co.uk/bookings/ the front-end of Amelia that I wish to delete but it doesn’t appear in the backend so I cannot delete it
5 - I need help with Google authentication as my attempts do not seem to be working.
