    Hi there,

    I have a few questions about your Wordpress Plugin Amelia for booking appoinments.

    After client chooses date and time and go to payment process, is it possible:

    - To choose a package (I want to create packages for spa sessions);

    - To choose to use a discount cupom;

    - To choose to pay 100% of the amount charged online or just part of it (let's say , for instance, 30% online and the rest in the spa on the day of their session).

    These are the features I need most.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Regards,

    Hi Sintia,

    Thanks so much for your interest.

    We do not have package option at the moment, but we are currently working on it and it should be live in a couple of months. Would you like me to notify you when we release it?

    We have discount coupons in Amelia, you can read more here: https://wpamelia.com/admin-finances/, scroll to the coupons.

    We do not have deposit payment, customer can either pay online or on site.

    Let me know if that answers your question and if there is anything else that I can do to help!

    Hi Nevena,

    Thank you for writing back!

    I have another questions:

    - I've read on your documentation that Amelia integrates with Woocommerce. Just confirming, can I keep using my gateway that's integrated with woocomerce now to receive payments from appointment bookings? I mean, I use a gateway from Belgium called "Mollie" and wouldn't like to change it to Paypal or Stripe.

    - Is there an app that I can use to manage the bookings, so I don't need to open Wordpress on PC everytime I need to check bookings (and make some kind of changes like amendments or cancel bookings, for instance)? Currently I'm using Reservio, which has an app that I can do anything from my phone.

    - I have a large contact list on Reservio and I would need to migrate it to Amelia. Is there an easy way to do that, instead of doing it manually?

    - Can I test Amelia for a period of time before purchasing it?

    Kind regards,

    Sintia Oliveira

    Hi Sintia,

    Yes, if you use WooCommerce integration for payments.

    Unfortunately no, we do not have app,  we have Employee Panel for employees to manage his-her appointments and events form the front-end. More here: https://wpamelia.com/front-end-employee-panel/

    How it looks, you can see on our demo website: https://wpamelia.com/demos/

    Unfortunately we do not have import option at the moment, it is in plan, but no ETA at the moment. SO the only possibility is to import manually.

    We are not abele to provide free trail, but we have free version of Amelia that you can try, it has a limited features, but you can check out here. On our sandbox website: https://sports.wpamelia.compa/ you can try both front-end and back-end.

    Additionally, we have 15 days refund period. Within 15 days you can request full refund straight from the TMS Store by clicking on red button.
