Frist, when a person make an appointment in Amelia, this is visualized in my google calendar at a wrong schedule.
For exampe: the appointment is (in te section appointment of Amelia) scheduled at 10 AM o'clock but it is sync at 12.00 AM o'clock on my google calendar. How can you explain that?
Secondy, I really would like to visualize more details of the appointment on my googe calendar (not only the object, the day and the hour of the appointment.
I would visualize also the name and the cell number of the customer. Or at list a link that can redirect me to the appointment in the appointment section of Amelia. So I could, for instance, call directly the person by my cellphone without using the pc.
Amelia doesn't have any time zone settings, it inherits the time zone from WordPress. If your time zone is in UTC+/- format, please change it by selecting the city near you. Also, please check if you enabled "Show bookings in customer's time zone" in Amelia's General settings.
If you are in a different time zone than your WordPress site is, and you've enabled this option, the times on front-end will show available time slots in your time zone, which will be the time you set in back-end +/- the time difference (depending on where you are in regards to the time zone set in WordPress' General settings).
Also, you need to log into your Google Account, open the calendar, and in settings check which time zone your Google account is assigned to.
You can use email placeholders in Amelia Settings/Integrations/Google Calendar/Events description, so the event in Google can say whatever you want it to say. For example:

Wordpress and Amelia are in my local time correctly.
Infact if I Iook the appointment section in Amelia the appointment are in the correct time setting. I usually use google calendar which is in my local time.
everything is right by the note that Amelia sends to my google calendar.
I'm going to attach a screenshot of one appointment note on mai google calendr so you can take a look of the issue. Let me know. Thanks
I haven't been experiencing issues like this when time zones are configured correctly, so in order to see what's wrong here, I'd need to take a look at your website and your Google Calendar.
Would you be able to provide me a temporary wp-admin user for your website where this happens, so I can take a look?
Also, since I'd need access to your Google Calendar, can you please provide me credentials for that as well? I'll need you to disable the 2 step verification process, because Google will probably send you a code or something on your mobile device when I try to log in there.
If you're unable to deactivate this, when I try to log in, you will see a prompt on your phone asking "Are you trying to log in?" (optionally, it may say "Are you trying to log in from Serbia") so you would need to click on YES. If it sends you a code, I'll need you to respond to this ticket as soon as you can, so I can enter that code when logging into your Google Account.
Please note that this is a public ticket, so make sure you enable the PRIVATE response when providing your credentials.

Thank you so much.
I set the message I want to be visualized on my google calendar.
I can have the note I wanted about each appointment
But the start time indicated in the note is 2 hours back the real appointment start time.
Google calendar put the appointment in the right day and start time but, in the note, I read the 2 hours back start time.
I set the right local time in wordpress...so can you tell me what am I doing wrong please?
Sonia
