There is a problem with the Appointment Rejected notice. Here is the template:
Your %service_name% appointment, scheduled on %appointment_date_time% at %location_address% has been rejected by %employee_full_name%
Here is what gets sent:
Your Service Name appointment, scheduled on September 11, 2020 12:53 pm at has been rejected by Richard Roe.
The two problems are:
1) %service_name% is not being replaces with a service name
2) Richard Roe is bogus. The ONLY employee in my site is Bob Jones (me).
Hello Bob,
Apologies for replying a bit later, we don't work on weekends.
The test email option on the Amelia -> Notification page is only for testing if the emails are working , if they are sent to employees/customers. To test the placeholders and the information you get in the emails, you would need to create real bookings (test appointments/events) and then you will see the correct information for the placeholders in the emails. The information that you get when using the test email option are only examples.
