We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

Using system for Chapter Meetings

Hi Guys, we're currently building out a website for a networking group that has multiple chapters. Those chapters meet weekly, so we may have up to 40 meetings per week at various locations in the state.

    I believe your system can handle all of that (from what I see in the features anyway), but there are a few quick questions hopefully you can answer;

    1) Since we will have literally thousands of events in a year, can your plugin handle scalability (provided we have a powerful enough cloud server etc)? Would there be a higher price as $59 to use it on such a scale seems low.

    2) We use ACF (Advanced Custom Fields) to assign a custom field role (other than using User Roles in WordPress). Can we link a specific custom field to allow management of an event/meeting?  Essentially if custom_field=true, then allow edit access.

    3) Geolocation - Can the system use GeoLocation to list events/meetings close to the user, and then allow the user to mark "attend" (this would be using the "group appointment bookings" I'm guessing.  Multiple people would auto-RSVP, then later can click "attend/did not attend"

I understand that this question is very much outside of the normal capabilities of the plugin and we're trying to get it to do something it likely wasn't designed to do. So far, this is the only plugin that we've found that would allow auto-registration for recurring events/appointments.

    Any thoughts?
    Thanks,
    Conor

    Hi Conor,
    Thank you for your inquire.

Sorry for late response, we are not working on weekends.

    1)

The price difference is only with the number of the domains. So every license ( basic, pro or developer) have the same performance and features in it and every license should handle that number of the events.

    2)

We do not have any feedback from our customers that are using ACF, but I know that the plugins is working  with Users Roles and you can assign more roles to your users.
As for the editing fields in the booking form I can not guarantee that this will work.

    3)

Sorry to disappoint you but unfortunately geolocation is not possible to achieve with the plugin built-in features at the moment.

    Kind Regards,
