I am trying to change the email address of an employee in the Amelia plugin. Each time I try to save it seems to be working but then stops on the same screen with no error message. I have also tried creating a new employee with the new email address and it does the same thing. When I look at the console this is the error that I see:
Do you maybe have a customer saved with that email address? You can check this in the Customers section of Amelia.
If you don't have another employee, nor a customer with the same email address I'll need to remote into your website and database, and check what's going on.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party.
You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Hello,
I am trying to change the email address of an employee in the Amelia plugin. Each time I try to save it seems to be working but then stops on the same screen with no error message. I have also tried creating a new employee with the new email address and it does the same thing. When I look at the console this is the error that I see:
Uncaught TypeError: e is null

I have WordPress and all of my plugins up-to-date and have also tried deactivating and reactivating Amelia, with no luck.
Thank you in advance for looking into this!
Amy
