Thank you for your interest in our plugin.
Well, I can't say for sure why the table doesn't work, but just like that message says - you may have added a shortcode for a Gravity or Formidable based table, and the add-on that makes creating those tables possible has been disabled.
Another reason might be that you had the full version of the plugin, with which you created manual tables, and you downgraded to the lite version, where manual tables aren't supported.

When you purchase the plugin, you should receive an email with the log-in credentials for the store, and the purchase code.
If you can't see it in your inbox, please check the SPAM folder. I can't find [email protected] in the list of our customers, did you use another email, perhaps?
