Amelia >> Customers >> Add Customer: There is an Email field (required) and a Phone field (optional). I want the customer to MUST input EITHER email OR phone to register. If the customer provides only email, it should be fine, and if the customer provides only phone number, it should be fine, and if the customer provides both email and phone number, it should be fine too. How can I do it?
I want to send SMS notifications to customers when they register on the website and to remind them of their appointment. Please let me know how can I do it.
Amelia >> Settings >> Activation: When I enter the purchase code, it activates alright. But when I log in to WordPress again, I find the page still asking to activate. Is it normal or there’s something wrong?
1. I am sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately something like this is not possible with the plugin's built-in features. You can either enable or disable the mandatory feature for both email and phone. They can't work in a combination like this.
2. You should go to Amelia's Notifications section, and click on SMS notifications. There, you can create an account, deposit some money, create SMS templates and use them. Reminders require a cron event to work, just like reminder emails, so you can check out our FAQ page about that.
3. That shouldn't be happening. Can you please provide me FTP access credentials, and a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party.
You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Thanks for your reply; both solutions worked for me.
While setting up Amelia, I noticed that it does not show Categories when using [ameliabooking] or [ameliasearch] (Screenshot 01 and 02). It only shows service name, which can become very confusing when you have a lot of services.
Please let me know what is the best way to show services in a way that its category is clearly visible to the client?
Hi,

You're welcome Badar
The only way you can see the categories first would be to use [ameliacatalog] shortcode.
