    Hi,

I would love a phone call if possible, much of this is hard to explain over messaging..00447771870061

I have installed the plugin and been trying to configure it. It's quite a bit more complex than I had first contemplated but annoyingly it seems like it is not too far away.

We are a gym and we run a selection of classes, very simply we need clients to visit the booking page, select a class, book it and have their notification sent to their email, The email and name is being pulled through from the account they are logged into the site with. If they want a text notification, I will ask that they add their phone number also.
We want our trainers/employees to be able to log into their panel and see their booking for their class/event.

    1. Notifications:
I cannot get the notifications to come through to the trainer/employee.
The notification is working fine for customers booking, that part I have tested and notification that I have booked the class comes through once ive booked. It's the trainer/employee notifications i'm having problems with.

    2. Assigning an event to a member of staff:
In the event, I cannot select any member of staff from the drop down. I can only assign a service to an employee. We are not really service booking, gym or studio, as I say, we have a time table of classes we want customers to book onto.

    3. The attached screenshot. These errors are happening on page when I am trying to login as a trainer and see any booked events. The elements on the page are just infinitely loading..

    4. All events are free for members.
I want to limit the visibility of the the class booking page to logged in users.
I will do this using a content control plugin.

    5. Customers
As most of the customers have already been created on Wordpress prior to installing Amelia, they all have Wordpress accounts.
I had tried exporting all users from the sql tables and importing them into Amelia but this is going to be too much to manage on an ongoing basis, so in that regard I am not bothered about Amelia customers to be able to log in.
Logged out users will only see a static page with classes on it. (Separate from Amelia)

Also, when looking at events for a date range.

    1. When click on events after selecting a date range, the events for those dates come up.

When clicking on attendees on an event with no atendees, it loads up and shows you no atendees yet.

When clicking on an event attended that has been booked by customer on front end, as you see in attachment, it doesn't load who those attendees are. Just infinitely loads....

    Hello Craig

    Thank you for your purchase.

Unfortunately we don't provide live support, so phone, Zoom, Skype, TeamViewer, etc calls are not possible.

    1. If one notification works, they should all work. The plugin is only connecting to your mailing system, and it's too simple for this not to work. Please check your employees' spam folder, and see if those emails maybe wound up there.

    2. This could be an issue in the database, and to check that I would need to remote into your website, and database, to see if there are any issues there.

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party.

You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.

    3. I see there are a lot of 403 - forbidden and 500 - internal server errors. I would need to inspect the panel page as well, to see what it returns. Most common issue here is that there is a security plugin or a setting on your server blocking Amelia's calls. Which version are you on? If you're not on v2.9.1, please update the plugin first.

    4. Sure, this can't be done within Amelia, but you need some user management plugin which will block access to that page for non-logged in users.

    5. If your WordPress users can see the booking page, then this really isn't going to be a problem. The issue here may be that every new booking will be stored to a new WP user if you enabled "Automatically create Amelia Customer user" in Amelia Settings/Roles settings/Customer, so it may be a good idea to disable that.

    6. The issue where you can't see attendees usually happens if you delete a payment from a certain attendee, but to check this I'd also need to check your database and website.

So, along with the wp-admin please make sure to provide me the database access credentials.

Remember this is a public ticket, so enable the PRIVATE slider when pasting credentials.

    Kind Regards,
