We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

Just purchased and installed Amelia yesterday but all of the admin pages are blank. When inspecting the page console I see the following error.

    Kindly advise

    Hello Mohamed Rashad,

    Thank you for your purchase.

This is probably a conflict with your theme or another plugin that you have on your website. Unfortunately, issues like conflicts with third party plugins or themes are always possible due to the nature of WordPress.

Could you please tell me what theme do you have? In order to check if Amelia is conflicting with another plugin you would need to deactivate them one  by one and check after each deactivation if the issue is still there.

    Hi there,

I found the issue, it was conflicting with a plugin called eRoom - Zoom meetings

Thanks. We can close this now

    Hi Mohamed,
Glad to see you managed to find where the issue is coming from, thank you for letting us know.

Please try this out , if that could help for the conflict , this solution is added recently for some conflicts, mostly front-end but you can try it out - disable the option Use already loaded Vue that you will find on the Amelia -> Customize page, and see if both plugins will work properly after that.
