Hi, recently, las 4 days something happen because we have been charging twice to the clients. It happen 3 times and its not a stripe problem. And you can see that on amelia.
This shouldn't be happening unless customers booked the service twice.
Can you please update the plugin to v2.9.1 and see if this happens again. If you entered your purchase code in Amelia Settings/Activation you should be able to update it normally through Dashboard/Updates section.
Users can buy different services, and they can also buy the same service more than once, but different time slots each time. One customer can't book the same time slot twice.

another question, are you guys working on user panel? Is it possible, or it will be possible that current costumers can buy with no need to put again all the data (name, street, etc.) ?
I don't believe there's any part of documentation that clearly states this, but that's just how the plugin works. There are no limitations for customers other than "they can't book the same time slot more than once with the same email address".
We've had the front-end Customer panel since January, so they can manage their appointments from there. When they log into the panel, they can navigate to the booking form, and their data will already be filled in:

People cannot book multiple appointments at the same time. We've had a workaround for WooCommerce, where it was possible to add multiple appointments to the cart, and then check them out at the same time, but due to WP, WooCommerce and Amelia updates, that no longer works.
Customers can buy one appointment at one time. They would also be able to book another appointment (different service, with a different employee) at the same time. At the moment, they only can't purchase the same appointment twice.
