We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi,
I am on the way to decide, if we buy amelia for our Charity. It was named to us as alternative to doodle and calendly.
We want to run events for microchipping cats. We want to have an event on a specific date and the Users should see what Timeslots on this Event Day are available and pick one.
After I try the Plugin out and look on the Demos and Featurelist, it seems that the user pick a timeslot is not supported - or i am wrong?
I was able to setup an Event, but then the User register for the Event. Or I setup a Service, but then the User is shown a Calendar and can pick any weekday.
What we would need, is a combination: The User choose an Event and as part of the Event, the user pick a time slot. Is this not available or it is available, but only in the premium version (seems in the free version, is it now at least).
Frank
HI Frank,
Thank you for your inquire.
When you say The User choose an Event and as part of the Event, the user pick a time slot, specially for the Events you can check that on this link
https://sports.wpamelia.com/events/
Also can you please describe me more this part "After I try the Plugin out and look on the Demos and Featurelist, it seems that the user pick a timeslot is not supported"
Kind Regards,

Hi,
https://sports.wpamelia.com/events/ show a List of Events, each with their Timeslots. But I like that the user choose a day and than choose a Free Timeslot.
Like you see this here:

I did not find a way to do this with Amelia.
Frank
Hi Frank
Sorry to disappoint you but there is no option to do that unfortunately.
The time slots ( start and end time) must be created by the employee or admin, and customers can not create the time slots right now.
Kind Regards,
