Okay, I believe that will work for the cost, but as far as the ticket count I'm referring to the amount of tickets purchased.
Also, I have a bigger issue with not being able to access the data for the custom fields. When selecting the Attendees button via Events, I get an infinite loading screen. Would appreciate your speedy help with that.
To check something like this, I'd need remote access to your website and your database.
Please provide me credentials for your database (PHPMyAdmin or cPanel), and a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party.
You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Hello,
Are you able to specify the costs and ticket count that customers purchased, on the confirmation email for our PEF event tickets?
Hello Anthony
I am not sure I understand what you're trying to achieve.
If you need to show the cost, you should use %service_price% placeholder. The ticket count - I'm not sure what you're referring to?
You should see all the placeholders available in the </> Show Email Placeholders button in top right of all email notifications.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

You're welcome, Anthony, but please before I check anything - update Amelia to the latest version (2.9.1).
That may resolve the issue, and if it doesn't just reply to this ticket, and I'll gladly check it out.
2.4 (the version you have) is from January, and generally - older versions are not supported, and should only be used for testing purposes.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
