I've connected Amelia with my Google Calander, but in this Google account there are 2 agenda's, one private and one business. When I'm testing to make an appointment on my conceptpage with the Amelia tool the times when I'm busy in my Google Calander are still open in the Amelia agenda so that's not correct.
So for example: in Google Calander business I've an appointment on Thursday September 17, 2020 at 10 am and at 11 am. And today (September 9 from 9 am till 11 am) in my Google Calander private. But when I want to make an appointment on both days with the Amelia tool on my website on both days and both blocks I can make an appointment.
Amelia's employees can only connect to one Google Calendar, so you would need to make a choice there, and if you need the busy events to be removed from Amelia (from both calendars), you would need to copy busy events from one Google Calendar into another. Unfortunately, that's how the integration works at the moment.
To remove Google Calendar's busy slots, you need to enable "Remove Google Calendar busy slots" in Amelia Settings/Integrations/Google Calendar.
The issue has been solved. The integration with the Google Calander of the employee didn't work and the appointments have been made in just one Calander of this employee and now the integration works and the busy slots are also working. :)
