    Hi,

Can we block applicant that has already book an appointment but not yet finished so that they cannot book multiple time?

Right now we only get only 60% of applicant that showed up in a day.

A lot of the applicant tried to book multiple time and fullfill the quota we have.

    Thank you.

    Regards,

    Iqbal M.

    Hello Iqbal M.,

There isn't a possibility to limit some customer's bookings in Amelia with its current built-in features, unfortunately. There isn't an option to limit the number of bookings per customer.

    Hello Marija,

I see, is there any plan to do this in the future?

We are working on it by ourself right now, make it automatically reject if there is more than 1 booking when the 1st one is not yet occur.

    Thank you.

    Regards,

    Iqbal M.

    Hello Iqbal M.,

we don't have that option planned for now. We haven't had such feature requests so far, there were requests for limitations but different kinds. I will add it to our feature request list.

If you have any other questions or concerns feel free to open a new ticket and we will gladly help.

    Hello Marija,

We are doing it now as you suggest. However when viewing the appointment UI, the data loads to loong, almost 10 sec and when we change it from pending to approve it takes 5 sec.

Is this because the data more than 1K row? how can i speed this up?

    Thank you.

    Regards,

    Iqbal M.

    Hi Iqbal M.,

Yes, that is probably because of the number of appointments that you have on the page, as the loading depends on the data, website , server response, etc. You can shorten the date range in the date picker on the Appointments page, so you have a smaller amount of appointments on the page.
