Is it possible to have a private calendar set up to give certain customers access to certain appointments but not publicly available.
Eg. There is a public calendar displayed on website with 5 appointments available. The private link shows a separate calendar with an extra appointment available only for them to book, not the general public.

Yes, this is possible with shortcodes, you can show just particular services, you can choose this when building a shortcode.
So, you can make private pages outside of Amelia and then just paste respective shortcode to those pages.
