Hi,
i made a coupon, that gives 100% and you can get it if you buy 10 artikels.
That means, the 11th is for free.
The problem is: Every customer gets send this coupon. If i make 100 of these coupons, i could send it to 100 customers. BUT, 1 customer could use his coupon severel times or tell a friend to use this coupon.
So i can only make 1 coupon. Do i understand this right?
The next problem is:This 1 coupon could be send to 2 people booking at the same time. But only 1 person can use it.
As long as the coupon is not used, it gets send to other customers.
How can i handle this problem?

You can set a limit on how many times the coupon can be used in general, and how many times one customer can use that coupon. You can read more about these options here https://wpamelia.com/admin-finances/
There isn't a possibility if some customer doesn't use a coupon for it to be sent to another customer with Amelia's built-in features.
