We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    Will Amelia allow for flexibility of a start time? Example: I have 4 yoga mat spots that I allow to be booked in different time segments (15 min - 30 min - 45 min - 1hr). So if someone is looking to book a spot for 45 minutes and wishes to start their time at 3:15 p.m. will the calendar look to see which one of the 4 yoga mat spots is open for 45 minutes starting at 3:15? This is the kind of flexibility I need from the booking system as the availability of the mat spot will have varied start times as I want my client to choose a block of time to start when they can arrive without the rigidity of prefixed time.

    Yes, this is possible if you do not use service duration for booking time slots. You can set default time slot step as you wish in General Settings and disable use service duration for booking time slots. If you set as I am on this screen shot: https://share.getcloudapp.com/Jru6Z4ge calendar will offer available slots every 15 minutes.
