In your experience is it possible to use the PayPal payment option without woocommerce and not require the customer to login to PayPal.
Id like to allow customers to pay by credit card through PayPal without the need to create a PayPal account.

Thanks for your interest.
You do not need WooCommerce if you want to use PayPal as a payment method. But Customers need to login into PayPal in order to pay.
I would suggest you to use Stripe as a payment method, with Stripe customers can simply pay with their credit card.
