Hi, I really like Amelia. We have a house cleaning business and I think your plugin comes pretty close to offering all the features we are looking for with being able to book online cleanings. However, I have a few questions about the current capabilities/features of the plugin:
• Is there anyway to change the employees to works as teams instead? (example cleaning team 1, would be assigned their own calendar).
• Related to the above question, is there anyway we can use the locations feature to better work with our cleaning teams?
• With allowing a minimum time to reschedule or cancel appointments, is there anyway to make these separate settings? Meaning if somebody needs reschedule immediately if they realized they made a mistake vs not allowing them to cancel if their appointment is less than 24 hours away.

Sorry to disappoint you but unfortunately our plugin does not have an option to set employees as a team, or for two employees to provide the same service at the same time for one customer.

Unfortunately this is also not possible to achieve.
