Hi
If a service is not displayed on the website, can we send customers a link to the service so that they can book in this service in their own timezone?
Thanking you
Paul
Hello Paul
The service has to be shown on the website if you wish your customers to book an appointment.
The page doesn't have to be accessible from your website, through navigation, but it needs to be there. Then you can send them the link to that page privately.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Hi Aleksandar
Can different services be displayed on different pages of my website.
I would like to have some services publicly available through navigation and others to be on pages which are only available through a link to a page privately.
Eagerly awaiting your response.
Paul
Hello Paul
Sure, you can do that in a couple of ways:
1. You can add the public Services in one category and the private Services in another category. Then you can use [ameliabooking category=1] and [ameliabooking category=2] on these pages.
2. You can add specific services on each page individually, like [ameliabooking service=1], and so on.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Hi Aleksandar
Thank you for this. We are using elementor for our page builder.
Do we need to use a classic editor first, copy the shortcode and paste it into the Text Editor element? I cannot seem to see [ameliabooking category=1] and [ameliabooking category=2] or [ameliabooking service=1] as options in the classic editor.
Am I missing something?
Thanking you for your help.
Paul
Hi
I think I have figured it out by using the Classic Editor.
Thanking you!
Paul
I'm glad to hear you were able to resolve the issue, Paul
If you have any further questions or issues, please feel free to open a new ticket, and we'll gladly help.
