We would like to have the possibility of selecting a range of data for sending reminders of appointment to customer, in order to send the message 3, 4 or several days before the data of appointment.
There isn't such possibility in Amelia with its current built-in features, unfortunately. The reminder notifications can be sent only one day before the appointment in Amelia. You can check out the Web hooks feature, as you can send data to other automation tools from Amelia via hooks with it, so maybe you can use it for some email automation tool, if that could help you achieve what you need.
