Yes, that button is part of wpDataTables, and it allows your customers to show or hide columns in the table.
The table tools are coming from a 3rd party HTML5 library, and are somewhat limited (you can see the limitations in the documentation), and this is why when you hide some columns, they are not included in the CSV export.
I was checking out the report builder add-on and saw that there's a "columns" option in the list of controls for the table.
It allowed me to choose which columns I don't want exported when using the normal "CSV" export control (not the report builder download button)
So is it safe to assume that this "Columns" control button is a part of WpDatatables?
If it's not part of WpDatatables then does WpDatatables have a hook I can use to set which columns get exported by the csv export control?
