    Hi, i´m a Gym owner; i need a appointment system for my clients, i has buy 3 another's appointment system but all of them only allow 1 reservation  per session or time assigned at service. 

    In the gym i can permit 20 person per session.

    so, the question is; Your software allows me reservation make 20 diferente client reservation for the same hour or session?

    Thanks so much for your interest.

    This is possible of course, you will make service and you can set capacity for that service to 20 people, so the service will be available for booking until it the capacity is reached.

    Hi Nevena; thanx for your response, i really appreciate. 

    I use the demo and make the service for 20 people; but it cannot let me booking the same time for the same service with the same employe. For example; i have a employe (yoga instructor) and he will have 10 people in the same session, the system only let me make the appointment if i use a different employe in each people.

    Hi Patricio,

    If you set maximum capacity to 20, and that employee has that capacity as well, the same slot will be available for booking until the capacity is reached. You need to make sure that the employee does not have smaller capacity, also disable option Allow booking above maximum capacity in the Appointments settings.
