We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

Hi there,
I have a couple of questions on functionality.
1. I would like my customers to be able to book more than one service per visit and pay at the same time. Is that possible?
2. Is it possible to set up a subscription and allow customers to book as many appointments as they wish under that subscription, or possibly a pre-determined number of appointments?
3. Is it possible to set up a way to pre-pay, for example for 10 appointments, get a discount, and book using that credit?

Apologies for replying a bit later, we don't work on weekends.
1. It isn't possible to book and pay for multiple services at once in Amelia with its current features, unfortunately.
2. Subscriptions aren't possible in Amelia neither unfortunately. There is only a possibility for customers to book Recurring appointments
3. No, this isn't an option in Amelia , neither. We are currently working on the Packages feature, where customers will be able to buy packages of services/appointments first, and this will be implemented in the following updates of Amelia, but we can't say exactly when this will be.
