    I have shortlisted Amelia as our new booking system for our Yoga studio.

    The following is not clear to me:

    1. Do Amelia offer a waitlist feature?
    2. All of our Yoga members have Wordpress user access to our site for some online videos etc. Do we have to create a new customer in Amelia or can they log in with they existing WP user?

    Unfortunately, we do not have waitlist feature.

    Yes, you need to create the customer in Amelia and to connect them with user role in wp, or the Amelia Customer will be created when your customer books first time.
