In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

In a world of "virtual" and donation-based events, we want to be able to offer:
1) multi-tiered pricing and scales
2) [the actual purpose of this ticket] The ability to change the front-end label of "onsite" to "donation" or anything else.
I saw a ticket suggesting Loco Translate or using a custom line change but neither are resolving the issue. Can you please advise another way to do this?

Thank you for your purchase and apologies for replying a bit later, we don't work on weekends.
1) There isn't a possibility for multiple prices for events/services in Amelia, unfortunately. Only one price can be set per service/event, so there isn't a possibility to set scales.
2) You can change strings in the plugin by using the translation method, but in your case you would change strings in the same language, you wouldn't translate them to another one.
Strings can be changed using POEDIT or Loco Translate for example. Please note that this change would need to be done after each update of the plugin.
If you already did this and didn't help please deactivate and activate Amelia after the change and delete cache.
