I am having an issue as the booking times on Amelia. I know that Amelia doesn’t have time zones but my website time zone is set to CET and my employee is based in the same time zone, yet when I schedule an event for 20:00 it appears in his schedule at 6pm. Obviously this causes issues in setting up appointments as it means that appointments would be missed.
Also, I wondered if it is possible to send me CSS to get rid of the location dropdown menu for bookings please as I don’t want clients to be able to choose the location of their classes.
Thank-you.
The timezone setting in your WordPress General Settings is applied to Amelia as well, so when you choose CET there, that timezone is chosen in Amelia as well. Please note that it is better to choose one of the City options , rather than the UTC+something, as there was some issue with those when time is changed.
If this timezone is the same as your employee's local machine's timezone, please check if the time will be the same in the panel if you disable the option Show booking slots in client time zone in Amelia -> Settings -> General and let me know of the outcome.
Regarding hiding the Location selection on the front-end, please send me the URL of the page where you have Amelia so I can help out with this.
Thank-you very much for your help. Adding employees is now not a problem, thanks. However, I am still having problems with the location info. I tried adding the html you sent, both as a freestanding piece of code and also as custom CSS on the shortcode but neither seem to work. I am sorry to bother you with this but I can't seem to make the location selection go away.
You are welcome, James. Glad to see that the issue with the employees is gone, thank you for letting me know.
Regarding hiding the Location info, please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so I could log in and take a look . We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
No worries, we are here to help out or clarify any concerns about Amelia.
There isn't a possibility of showing the Price information on that place in Amelia with its current features, unfortunately. The price is shown at the end, like you mentioned.
If you have any other questions or concerns feel free to open a new ticket and we will gladly help.
