We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

Hello I have 4 motorcycles and we want to know if services can be created where the limitation is not the time overlap, but the number of motorcycles. For example, if one day from 2 to 3 in the afternoon I have 3 motorcycles reserved, that at the same time the remaining available motorcycle can be reserved. Thank you very much

    Hi Leandro,

Thanks so much for your interest.

You can make your motorcycles in place where our employees are. This way when one is booked, all the others will be available.

Do you have fixed times for renting bikes? I am asking this because the slots in Amelia are predefined and can be just in one day.

However, there are two options that work for some use-cases. You can make different services, for example '1 hour service', '3 hour service' and so on.

The other option is to make one service and add Extras to it, you can make '30 minutes Extras', '1 hour Extras' and so on that customer can add when booking. Extras are adding duration to the appointment, you can also define the price for extra if you want, and the quantity.

For example, I am the customer and I am choosing the service that lasts an hour, I am adding 3 x Extras of 30 minutes and I am actually booking the appointment that lasts 2.5h.

Hope this helps and let me know if you have other questions.
