We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello,
I have created a table from an existing excel sheet. The excel has 16 columns, but only 8 appear and the others are not displayed.
How to handle that problem?
Kindly, answer as soon as possible as we are deciding if we can depend on wpdatatables or not.
Regards,
Magdy
Hello Magdy
How was the table created? Was it imported, or is it linked to the Excel file? If you have 16 columns, all those columns should be in wpDataTables unless they are merged in some way.
Could you please provide me that Excel file, so I can test it? If it contains sensitive data, make sure to enable the PRIVATE response, since this ticket is public.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Thanks.
I have sent it to [email protected] as the .xlsx extension is not allowed here.
Hello again Magdy
I got the file, and was able to create a table with 22 columns from it.
You have around 10 columns that don't have any headers:
Headers are mandatory when importing a file, since the plugin is creating a table in the database, so if you don't need those empty columns, you can simply delete them during the wizard.
