We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hi,

Currently we have 16 employees added on our Amelia. I have tried to add an additional employee, however when I click save they do not appear in our list. i.e the total does not go to 17. Have I hit a cap I am unaware of? Is it a payment tier? The guide states: 'You can have one or as many employees as you need' So I just wanted to confirm.Thanks.

    Hello Charlie,

There isn't a limit to the number of employees that you can create in Amelia. It can be that , if you tested booking or accessed the panels while logged in to the WP back-end as an admin, another role was added to your user - customer or employee - so you have now mixed permissions in Amelia. You can create a new WP user with admin role and login in with it and see if then you will be able to create an employee. If this is true, then you need to re-creaate your WP user or access your database, the wp_amelia_users table and edit your user - delete any additional roles, leaving only the admin one.

Let me know if this helped.

    Hi Marija,

I created a new wp user with admin powers and tried to add an additional employee.

The same thing happened, the small pop up in the top right comes up that says 'employee added successfully' (or something along those lines), but they do not appear in the list of employees. Still stuck at 16.

    Can anyone assist me?

    Best,

    Charlie

    Hi Charlie,

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look . We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
