To give further information on initial request : the "Remove Google Calendar Busy Slots” option is and was enabled and the Maximum Number Of Events Returned was set at 100 (now 200 - no changes).
I still have the issue and would be happy to solve it.
Please check if your employees are connected to their calendars, and if you're looking at the correct Google Calendar.
Also, this never worked:
when I enter an appointment through google calendar, it doesn't appear on Amelia
The busy events created in Google Calendar are only taken out of your employee's available times. Amelia never created appointments from those events, nor did it ever show in Calendar in Amelia.
Florent, please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party.
You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.

Hello Florent, hello Naomi
Nothing was changed in this regard.

Thank you Aleksandar.
It works - the google calendar events don't show up on Amelia but it is not possible to book these slots.
You're welcome, Florent
