We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello Amelia team,
We have a client that's currently using Bookly, that would like to migrate to Amelia.
Aside from the timezone selector, which I already asked as a feature before, we'd need a way for each employee to leave notes about customers, so that other employees are able to easily view past appointments and customer notes.
Like a medical history, but simplified.
Any advice or suggestion to accomplish this with Amelia?
HI Juan,
Thank you for your inquire.
Employee can not create or edit the customer so there is no option to add notes for the customers, but you can add info about the customer in the appointment if that option for editing appointment is enabled in the Roles settings.
If this option is enabled then employee can add info about customer in his/her appointment in front end employee panel.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović

Hi Bogdan, thanks for your reply.
I've tried the demo and saw how we could add notes to each appointment, but I don't find an easy way for employees to review all notes from past appointments.
Since the service provided it's like a personal coaching for New Germanic Medicine, I'd need something similar than a medical history for each customer.
Some doctors and professionals need to easily review all notes from customer to know what they did on past appointments, and how the customer is handling their issues.
Are you aware of any CRM that integrates with Amelia, that would make this easier?
Hi Juan,
We have Web Hooks added as an option in our plugin which you can use to connect our plugin through Zapier to any other third party application to send customers and appointments data after each booking, canceling and/or rescheduling action. But in your request we can not tell which other CRM will work.
More about our Web Hooks you can read in our documentation here.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović
