    Appointments are being rejected on the live version of the website. We had to disable plugin. Below is a link to the staging site.

    Could you please explain in more details what exactly is happening, how the appointments 'are being rejected'? Thank you. 

    Also, on the link, I can't see Amelia, even though I watched the video (this was the setup I remember from before).
