For an open house weekend we've bought Amelia Pro Lifetime an we're trying to implement it.
We have 2 open house days with 3 different circuits (we used 3 employees, so got that covered) but we're trying to restrict the number of persons in the after math of Covid-19.
At the moment we have a restriction om 30 persons per time slot. (which is fine). A restriction of 10 persons per employee (which is also fine). But we'll need an extra restriction. An maximum of persons one person can register.
One person can register max. 4 other persons (5 in total). One employee can have max. 10 persons per time slot. So max. 30 persons in total per time slot.
I am sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately something like this is not possible with the plugin's built-in features.
At the moment, people can add as many other participants as they want. Maybe we can try hiding other options with some custom CSS. Can you please provide me the URL to the booking form, so I can take a look?
Unfortunately, if you're working with Services (Appointments), you can only see how many attendees are in an appointment by either clicking on it so it expands, or editing the appointment.
Our development team will work on improving the UX, but at the moment it's the only way.
Hi,

Is there a way to restrict this?

Yes but we need a way to see the total per day. This is very time consuming and has no logic.
Do you mean i have to edit EVERY appointment and write down the total number of persons per time slot and then do the math myself?
