We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hello,
I created with Amelia an events page:
    1) how do you get people to participate in the event because nothing indicates what is the content of each event. Should we create pages outside of Amelia and make links pointing to the events page?
Is it possible for people not only to book but also to pay for the event before coming?
I had a problem with a link pointing from a page made with Elementor to a page with Amelia: should the pages which link to Amelia be made with the Wordpress builder only? can we make several links from a wp page to the same Events page ?? finally, is Amelia compatible with Gutenberg? thank you for your answers and your help. Is there a way to indicate in Amelia the contents and descriptions of events? thank you

    Hello Emerence

I'm not sure what you mean. If you created events, you need to create a page where they will be displayed using [ameliaevents] shortcode. Also, each event has a description, so you can let your customers know what each event is about.

Of course it's possible for people to pay online. You need to set up the payment options in Amelia Settings/Payment settings.

Using Elementor with Amelia works great, and I'm not sure I understand what issues you're having with it.

You can hyperlink every word on a page to take you to the events page, that's up to you.

Amelia has been compatible with Gutenberg since it came out.

    Kind Regards,
