Ooops- -actually we are using "use client time zone"- which makes even less sense.
The customer panel shows 19:30 when you login as customer
The employee panel shows 17:30 in the overview as per the previous attached screenshots.
We've not gone live yet so the only customers are ones I have created during testing, all from same PC/ip address here in the Netherlands. Strange! Please advise
Could you please tell me do you have the newest version of Amelia, 2.9.1? If not, please update the plugin as we did fix some issue with the timezones in the employee panel in the last release of Amelia.
You can update the plugin manually by following these steps:
If you have version 2.9 please check if the option Delete plugin tables is disabled in Amelia -> Settings -> Activation before updating the plugin manually ( it is disabled by default, but just in case). If this option is enabled , deleting Amelia on the Plugins page will delete Amelia tables and data from the database as well.
2) Delete Amelia plugin from WordPress Plugins page
3) Click on Add new on Plugins page
4) Click on Upload plugin on Plugins page
5) Choose previously downloaded ameliabooking zip file
6) When uploading is done, please Activate Amelia plugin
7) Clear server and browser cache.
Please note that our plugin have a size of around 8 MB so if yo are not able to upload the plugin through WordPress plugins page, then you need to increase following:
upload_max_file size,
post_max_size ,
max_execution_time
You should be able to find these values in your php.ini file or on your hosting panel. If you can't find it yourself please ask your hosting provider to provide it.
If you have any other questions or concerns don't hesitate to ask,
Event start time is 19:30 - we not using time zones. WP time is correct
Event shows start time 19:30 everywhere apart from on the Employee panel where is shows up as 17:30.
Tapping "Edit" in the Employee panel the event again shows the correct time 19:30
See attached screenshots.
Please advise.

I had already updated to 2.9.1, but did so again this time deleting the old folder instead of just updating it and all is now fixed. Thanks!
Glad to see that, thank you for letting us know.
You are welcome, Miriam.
