I need help installing amelia

    i just bought amelia and i tried installing it using the two methods 1) using wordpress plug in installation and 2 using ftp file transfer. But still I can not use amelia. I see amelia in my admin dashboard but when i click on amelia settings, nothing appears. please help me thanks

    Thank you for your purchase and apologies for replying a bit later, we don't work on weekends. 

    Could you please tell me do you have any errors regarding Amelia in your server error log? This can be a conflict with another plugin that you have in your WordPress, so please try deactivating all of them one by one and checking after each deactivation if the issue with Amelia is still there. 

    I saw the other ticket you have opened it is for plugins that are not ours, and not part of Amelia, so please make sure that this issue is connected to Amelia only.
