Whenever I, or other users, try to book an appointment on front-end, we're able to get through the following steps, but then get stuck on "Please Wait" animation before being led onward. (Selecting a date, select a time, enter name, email address, etc. and click "Confirm.")
Also, I've checked to see if my test appointments make it through to being listed in the back-end, and they do not.
I have tried the following to trouble-shoot:
1. Confirm that purchase code is correct in the "activation" section of the back-end.
2. Update the Amelia plugin.
3. Deactivate Amelia plugin.
3. Reactivate Amelia plugin.
5. Clear cache on the front-end.
6. Try again to book with different services, dates, times, and email addresses.
I see the issue is referencing WooCommerce. Can you check do you have Cart and Checkout pages created, and are they added as "Cart" and "Checkout" pages in WooCommerce's Advanced settings?
If they are, and you're still facing this issue, please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party.
You can write credentials here, just enable the PRIVATE response, so no one else sees them except for us.
We had WooCommerce activated on the site at one point, and then we deactivated it because wanted for the customer to only pay 50% of the price as a deposit and hadn't found a way to do that. Our intent was to have the customers skip the step of paying for anything.
We have looked into it a bit further and have found a way for the customers to get a 50% off coupon code automatically applied to the order. Now WooCommerce is set up, and we're no longer having the problem. Thank you!
One last question: at this point, it's my understanding that the Amelia plugin HAS TO function with WooCommerce enabled, is that right? Or is there a setting to skip payments entirely and just have the plugin book appointments without making the customer pay online at all?

Hello Kacey
If the appointment is free, you there's an option to skip Cart and Checkout pages, but if it costs anything, those pages can't be skipped.
