When people book an appointment and choose recurring appointment, (repeat appointment) they can choose how often and how many times.
After they click continue they see the recurring appointments, but not the first appointment. This is confusing, because they expect the list of all appointments, but the first one is missing. The appointments are numbered, starting with a 2, but not everybody gets this.
A couple of costumers asked why the could choose the date, but could not book it.
is there a way to show not the recurring appointments, but all (including the first one date)?
Unfortunately, that's how the plugin works at the moment.
I forwarded the complaint to our development team a couple of times already, and I'll do it again. Can you please add it as a feature suggestion on this page, also?
I hope they'll be able to change the logic in the future.
Also, the field 'Times' should be named Number of appointments. If I want to plan 3 recurring dates, i have to enter 2, because it discounts the start appointment. Also not very logical in my opinion?

Hello Dennis
Unfortunately, that's how the plugin works at the moment.
I forwarded the complaint to our development team a couple of times already, and I'll do it again. Can you please add it as a feature suggestion on this page, also?
I hope they'll be able to change the logic in the future.

That is exactly the question that I came to this forum for. It would be logical if all planned appointments are shown.

Thank you for your feedback, Debbie
Please make sure to add it as a feature suggestion on this page.
It was forwarded to our development team, and the logic will be changed in one of our future updates.

In the update of today the appointments overview is changed. Now it's exactly what I asked for.
Thanks!
I'm glad to hear that Dennis
