Hi,
Can the ticketing system be improved to automatically pull license information for my account? It's a real pain to lookup and enter the purchase code every time a ticket is submitted.
It seems that if I'm logged into my account my code is verified when the ticket is submitted, so why not automatically retrieve my purchase code(s) from my login information?

Unfortunately, Ticksy is not our system, and we don't have administrator rights, nor do we have any control over how it functions.
We're simply using it as a support platform, so any user-related questions should be forwarded directly to Ticsky's support.
