I recently implemented amelia booking on a wordpress site. The majority of customers are having no issues but I have two people who once they book one appointment are then unable to book any subsequent appointments with the same email address.
Do you have any ideas why this might be happening? I've managed to replicate this with the person's details.
Here's one example - after 5 weeks of booking one appointment per week this person's email address was no longer accepted and they instead had to use a separate email account to make a new booking
Further research on this it seems like it might be the strange characters from mobiles / other browsers conflicting names with email addresses. I've switched off the default name / email matching to see if that resolves the issue for now
As far as I can see from your screenshots, there's a space in front of Keith's email address, and the form is not registering it as a valid email address.
Our developers will fix this in one of our next updates, but until then your customers need to make sure their email addresses contain no spaces.

Happy to collect further info to help assessment.
