Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.

Was told to make a new ticket for this.
After the 2.9.1 (mine is updated yes) it was said that the elementor popup should work with Amelia shortcodes.
So I tried, I gave my button an id of button, and made it open a dynamic popup window.
In the window I made the following shortcode " [ameliabooking service=6 trigger=button]" I want it to open the service 6.
I also made sure that Prevent Closing on Overlay is enabled in the popup advanced setting.
This is still not working for me.
