    Hello I have configuration in plugin for google calendar and zoom account.
    And then after i have booking test scheduled but only user can get mail, but admin not received any mail or not show any meeting scheduled in their google calendar and also not getting the information of the user. So please check this issue and revert me back asap. It's an urgent .

    Hello sportsclipmaker, 

    Thank you for your purchase and apologies for replying a bit later, we don't work on weekends. 

    Google calendar sync works that way in Amelia, Employees are connected to their Google calendars and they have appointments from Amelia added to their calendars when appointments are booked for them, and the customers can receive a Google invite if you want that (you can manage this in Google calendar settings in Amelia) or they can add the appointment to their calendar at the end of the booking process. There isn't a possibility for admins to have all appointments added to their Google calendar, if that is what you want to achieve, in Amelia with its built-in features. Only employees are connected to their Google calendars and they get appointments created in their Google calendars. 

    In Amelia, notifications are sent to Customer and to Employees, and you can configure this when you go to Amelia -> Notifications page. There isn't an option for admin email notifications. If you want to add some additional email addresses to which all notifications from Amelia will be sent as well, you can do that by adding these email addresses to the Send all notifications to additional addresses:  field which you will find in Amelia -> Settings -> Notification settings. When you add one email press Enter and it will be saved, so you can then add another one, etc. To these email addresses all notifications that are sent from Amelia (to customers and to employees) will be sent as well.

    Thanks for responding i have one another concern, is it possible to send in email notification with zoom meeting link. Because i have configure with zoom also and need the zoom meeting link in the notification email to the admin and user both.

    Also i want to know if admin put the busy from 10-11 in his google calendar will it block it out on the on the website time scheduled for particular date. Because we have placed the google calendar API key if Google calendar not work for admin side then What the use of linking to Google calendar.

    Hi there, 

    You can add Zoom links to the email notifications on the Amelia -> Notificaitons page. When you click on the </> Show email placeholders you need to find the Zoom placeholders and copy and paste them to the Message field of the email notification you want to have these links.

    Like I mentioned before, admin isn't connected to their Google calendar, but employees. So, when some employee connects their Google calendar in Amelia, and adds a Busy event in their Google Calendar that time slots will be blocked for booking in Amelia if the option Remove Google Calendar Busy Slots  in Amelia -> Settings -> Integrations -> Google Calendar Settings is enabled.
