In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

    Hi,

    We have a use case where the customer needs to share documents with the employee and vice-versa. By adding an attachment custom field we are able to provide the customer a facility to upload a document which is then visible to the employee along with the appointment details. 

    But we are unable to find a way to get an employee to upload a document / file which then is visible to the customer on his panel. Please let us know of a way to do this.

    If such a facility is unavailable out of the box, can a customisation be done to achieve this?

    Thank you for your purchase. 

    It isn't possible for employees to send documents to customers via Amelia, or add them to the Customer panel with the plugin's built-in features, unfortunately. Such customization isn't covered by our support, it can be a paid one but our developers won't have time for any customization in the near future.

    If you want you can try with some customization services, like Codeable for example, Codeable Custom Solution for Amelia plugin or Kraken  https://wpkraken.io/?tms-plugins (by following the links they would know it is our recommendation).
