We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

    Hello. Can you suggest any method for having appointments be automatically deleted once the due date is passed?

    The type of appointment that is being booked may contain some sensitive information and it would be very useful to have the appointment totally removed from records after a certain amount of time.

    The sensitive information is in a custom field, so I guess a solution that just deleted the values for that field would also work.

    I understand that this is a non-standard request, just looking for ideas. Though I do think an option to 'automatically delete appointment after date has passed' might be useful as a General Setting.

    Hello Mat, 

    That isn't possible in Amelia with its current built-in features, unfortunately. There isn't an option for automatically deleting appoointments, they can be deleted only manually in the Amelia back-end. 

    I will add this as a feature request to our list.
