Error:
Maximum allowed database prefix is 16 characters.
Please change the database prefix, deactivate and activate plugin again.

Thank you for your purchase.
There is a max number of characters a database prefix can have for Amelia, so you need to lower the number of characters in your database's prefix.
You can use the Change Table Prefix plugin for this purpose. Just set the prefix to below 16 characters, and that should fix the issue.
